Shwas Bal Raksha project has been startted by Jeevan Aanand Sanstha for the children in poor family.Jeevan Aanand Sanstha started new project name Shwas Bal Raksha is undertaken since last one year to arrange free heart surgeries for economically weak children suffering from heart diseases. Till date more than 20 heart surgeries have been successfully carried out at different hospitals under Rajiv Gandhi Yojana. Under this project, the Sanstha has been helping children in poor families, who have heart problems by birth and due to object poverty their parents cannot afford medical or surgical treatment to them.
To engage and facilitate the inmates to explore activities & hobbies which keep them creativity and constructively occupied. To be a hub of activities and services that keeps JAS inmates smiling and having fun. JAS also focuses on the welfare of children in their Aashram in Kudal - along with shelter, educational support is also provided to the children. The 'Shwas Bal Raksha Project’ a program for children from poor families suffering from heart defects is an attempt to help and provide support to children in need. In the villages, where the underprivileged cannot afford treatment or surgeries for their children suffering from heart ailments, JAS has been able to help with basic medical care and surgery where needed. The Samarth Ashram, in Virar provides shelter for 20+ destitute and the Sanvita Ashram, in Kudal is ‘HOME’ for 100+ patients, homeless and children.
